Viral App Labs LLC (“Viral App Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates 100 Jumps a Day: JumpStart, an app that automatically counts your jumps and helps you build a daily movement streak on iPhone and Apple Watch (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

JumpStart is designed to be private by default. The goals, sessions, and progress data you create are stored on your device and, with your permission, in Apple Health. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

JumpStart is designed for general fitness and informational purposes only. Jump counts, calorie estimates, heart-rate data, and other metrics are based on device motion sensing and the information you provide, and may not be accurate for your body or situation. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise routine.

• Motion and activity data.The App uses your device’s motion sensors on iPhone and Apple Watch to detect and count your jumps during a session. This is used to power automatic jump counting.
• Health data you choose to share. With your permission, the App reads and writes workout, heart rate, and calorie data through Apple Health to save your sessions as workouts. You control this access in the Health app.
• Information you enter. Your chosen level and goal, streaks, and any weight, mood, or energy entries you log for progress tracking. This data is stored locally on your device.
• Anonymized usage and device information. We may collect anonymized usage metrics and basic device information to diagnose issues, fix bugs, and improve the App.

JumpStart does not require an account, and we do not collect your name, contacts, or other personal identifiers.

JumpStart integrates with Apple Health and uses motion and notification permissions to count your jumps, save your sessions as workouts with heart rate and calories, and deliver the reminders you set, including morning ritual reminders. Health data accessed through Apple Health is used solely to provide these features and is never sold or used for advertising. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device and Health settings.

JumpStart lets you create shareable result cards to post your streak on services like Instagram and TikTok. Sharing is always initiated by you, and any content you share is subject to the privacy policies of the service you share it to.

We use the limited information described above to:

• Operate and maintain the App, including counting jumps, tracking streaks, saving workouts, and delivering your reminders.
• Diagnose problems and fix bugs.
• Improve features and the overall experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Your goals, sessions, and progress entries remain stored locally on your device, and health data is managed through Apple Health. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

JumpStart may integrate with Apple services such as Apple Health, In-App Purchases, the App Store, and iCloud, and lets you share result cards to third-party social platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with advertising networks.

You may access, correct, or delete the information associated with the App at any time by editing or removing entries within JumpStart, by managing Health access and permissions in your device settings, by deleting the App, or by contacting us. JumpStart is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
