My alarm didn't ring. What should I check?
Make sure WAKR has notification permission, your device isn't in silent mode, and that any Focus or Do Not Disturb mode allows WAKR. Keep your device charged overnight, and avoid force-quitting the app before bed so your alarm can ring reliably.
How do I change my alarm sound?
Open the alarm you want to edit and choose a new sound from the available options, then save. New settings apply the next time the alarm rings.
Does WAKR require an account?
No. WAKR works without an account. Your alarms and settings are stored on your device.
How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?
Subscriptions and purchases are managed through your Apple ID in the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple Account.
