1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Gravity (the “App”), operated by Viral App Labs LLC (“Viral App Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By downloading or using Gravity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Permitted Use
Gravity is provided to help you manually track and manage subscription services. You agree not to:
- Use the App in violation of any applicable law.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Transmit harmful, malicious, or unlawful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
3. Purchases
Any purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not store your payment information. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s policies.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Gravity is a manual tracking tool; it does not access your bank accounts, financial institutions, or App Store purchase history.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral App Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and other elements of the App are the exclusive property of Viral App Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
