How does the peptide calculator work?
Enter your vial amount, the volume of BAC (bacteriostatic) water you're adding, and your target dose. PepTrack calculates the exact number of units to draw. The calculator is a tool for your own reference only — always verify any dose with your healthcare provider before administering it.
Which medications and peptides does PepTrack support?
PepTrack works with GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound, as well as research peptides. You can manage your full protocol and titration schedule in one place.
My reminder didn't arrive. What should I check?
Make sure PepTrack has notification permission, your device isn't in silent mode, and that any Focus or Do Not Disturb mode allows PepTrack. Keep your device charged and avoid force-quitting the app so reminders can be delivered reliably.
Is my health data private?
Yes. PepTrack works without an account, and your protocols, doses, and metrics are stored on your device. We do not sell or trade your personal or health information.
How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?
Subscriptions and purchases are managed through your Apple ID in the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple Account.
