These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pet Chat: Dog & Cat Translator (the “App”), operated by Viral App Labs LLC (“Viral App Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using Pet Chat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Pet Chat is made for fun. The translations, moods, daily thoughts, and AI chat responses are playful interpretations generated for entertainment and do not represent literal communication from your pet. The behavior, training, food safety, and new pet parent tips are general information only.

Nothing in the App is veterinary, nutritional, or behavioral advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment. Do not rely on the App for decisions about your pet’s health, diet, or safety. Always consult a qualified veterinarian, and seek immediate professional help if your pet may be ill, injured, or has eaten something unsafe.

Pet Chat uses Apple Intelligence to generate translations and chat responses on your device. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or fanciful, and the same input may produce different results. You are responsible for how you use any content the App produces and should not treat it as factual or authoritative.

Pet Chat is provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of any applicable law.
• Record other people without their consent or capture audio you are not permitted to record.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Transmit harmful, malicious, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.

While Pet Chat aims to deliver a fun and responsive experience, results depend on factors including your device and microphone, the availability of on-device intelligence features, the information you provide, operating system behavior, permissions, and device power state. We do not guarantee that translations, chats, soundboards, widgets, or watch features will be available, accurate, or delivered at all times.

Any purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not store your payment information. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s policies.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any translation, chat response, or other content will be accurate or delivered under all conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral App Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any decision you make about your pet based on the App, or its consequences. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content, design, and other elements of the App are the exclusive property of Viral App Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
