Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tanning App: UV Index & SPF (the “App”), operated by Viral App Labs LLC (“Viral App Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using Tanning App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Tanning App is designed for general sun-safety and informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The UV index data, tan timers, SPF reminders, and other features are estimates for personal reference only and are not a substitute for professional judgment or proper sun protection.

Sun exposure carries risks, including sunburn and long-term skin damage. You are solely responsible for protecting your skin and for any decisions you make about time in the sun. Always use appropriate sun protection and consult a qualified professional for any skin or health concerns.

Tanning App is provided to help you view UV information and plan time in the sun for your own reference. You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of any applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Transmit harmful, malicious, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.

While Tanning App aims to provide useful UV information and reminders, results depend on the information you enter, third-party UV data sources, and factors outside our control, including your device settings, location accuracy, operating system behavior, notification permissions, and device power state. We do not guarantee that UV data, tan timers, or reminders will be accurate, delivered, or available at all times. You are responsible for independently judging conditions and protecting your skin before relying on any information in the App.

Any purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not store your payment information. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s policies.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any UV reading, tan timer, or reminder will be accurate or delivered under all conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral App Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any sunburn, skin damage, or other health outcome, or its consequences. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content, design, and other elements of the App are the exclusive property of Viral App Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
