How does JumpStart count my jumps?
JumpStart uses the motion sensors in your iPhone or Apple Watch to detect each jump automatically, with no manual tapping. Just start a session and jump, and the app counts your reps and fills up your daily ring for you.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. JumpStart works on iPhone alone using its motion sensors. If you have an Apple Watch, you can use it for hands-free counting and to capture heart rate during your session.
Can I change my daily goal?
Yes. Choose the level that fits you: Beginner (50), Standard (100), or Intense (150) jumps a day, and switch anytime as you build the habit.
What happens if I miss a day?
Streaks are meant to keep you coming back. If you miss your daily goal, your streak resets and you start over. That's the point of the challenge. Hit your goal each day to keep it growing.
Does JumpStart save my workouts to Apple Health?
Yes. With your permission, JumpStart saves each session to Apple Health as a workout with heart rate and calories, so it fits right in with the rest of your health data. You can manage Health access anytime in your device settings.
Is my data private?
Yes. JumpStart works without an account, and your goals, sessions, and progress are stored on your device, with health data managed through Apple Health. We do not sell or trade your personal information.
How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?
Subscriptions and purchases are managed through your Apple ID in the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple Account.
